Our handling time takes up to 48 H, then, orders are handed over to our shipping partners.
Retrosophy does not cover the cost of return shipping.

The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number.

My package has been lost :-(
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at Support@Retrosophies.com and we’ll do everything we can to locate it.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 24 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or request to have the order be re-sent.
If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
Whenever possible, we ship items together.
Your order can be Combined From Items from Several Werhaouses, sometimes there is a little bit of delay due to availability, production, and staff. Please be patient, It will get to you.
If an order is expected to be delayed for any reason, we will inform you about that via email.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

As long as we have not shipped your items, we can cancel your order.
If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
Are taxes included in my order total?
To avoid any surprises, we highly encourage customers to pay applicable duties and taxes at checkout.
These fees are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase — they are not included in our shipping or service costs.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and we strongly urge our international customers to research your country’s policies and fees before purchasing. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
