Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

As long as we have not shipped your items, we can cancel your order.
If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
I’ve decided I don’t want this item, what’s your returns policy?
We understand, No worries!
If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Reach out to our team at Support@Retrosophies.com for help.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process the exchange, refund, or store credit. It can take up to 3-5 business days to process the return once it is received.
There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.

I received my product damaged, what can I do?
We know how frustrating this situation can be.
Please contact Support@Retrosophies.com and Make sure to include photos/videos of the damage in the mail.
After the damage has been reviewed by our team, We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us. We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Make sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
If the item isn’t available anymore, we will issue a store credit for future purchases in our online store/refund to your original payment method. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Can I return a product?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well, we don't cover the cost of return shipping.
But we will make sure to keep you satisfied.
Damaged product / Wrong item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Support@Retrosophies.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.
We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc. We can only offer a replacement or store credit to you.
We do not accept returns/refunds on custom engraved orders or final sale items. Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival.
