To avoid any surprises, we highly encourage customers to pay applicable duties and taxes at checkout. These fees are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase — they are not included in our shipping or service costs. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees and we strongly urge our international customers to search your country’s policies and fees before purchasing. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Of course! even though we specialize and deal in vintage and retro home decor, which are characterized as old, second-hand, or yesteryear, the products for sale on the site are brand new.

Mainly from our childhood, the happy environment we grew up with, the birth to a period in life where a lot of New designs and practicability Products filled with a lot of techs, which developed rapidly over the last 30 years, but the cool thing, every one of us grew alongside next to it, and it's all around us, and its timeless fashion for us.

Whenever possible, we ship items together. Your order can be Combined From Items from Several Werhaouses, sometimes there is a little bit of delay due to availability, production, and staff. Retrosophy has several warehouses based in USA and Asia. Our head office is located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Retrosophy is not a physical store yet. We working on it:)

As long as we have not shipped your items, we can cancel your order.  If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy to get a refund once you receive your product.

We understand, No worries! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Reach out to our team at Support@Retrosophies.com for help. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process the exchange, refund, or store credit. It can take up to 3-5 business days to process the return once it is received. There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation. Want to go ahead and process a return?Â

We know how frustrating this situation can be. Please contact Support@Retrosophies.com and Make sure to include photos/videos of the damage in the mail.  After the damage has been reviewed by our team, We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us. We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Make sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item isn’t available anymore, we will issue a store credit for future purchases in our online store/refund to your original payment method. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
It depends on the product, Contact Support@Retrosophies.com for more information.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, as well, we don't cover the cost of return shipping. But we will make sure to keep you satisfied.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Support@Retrosophies.com immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We Cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims. We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc. We can only offer a replacement or store credit to you. We do not accept returns/refunds on custom engraved orders or final sale items. Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our handling time takes up to 48 H, then, orders are handed over to our shipping partners.
Retrosophy does not cover the cost of return shipping.

The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the USA with a standard shipping method ("days" here is "business days")The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out. Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us at Support@Retrosophies.com and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 24 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive. For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders. If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact Retrosophy Customer Service at: Support@Retrosophies.com and we will do our best to help you!
